An advertising and marketing company designed to bring rv buyers and sellers together who then close the sale independently or with the brokers oversight. An RV broker does not control the price of rvs it advertises, does not handle title or sales tax paperwork, does not take possession of recreational vehicles for sale, does not hold inventory, does not take title of rvs for resale. RV brokers are paid commissions agreed upon before the deal starts thus ensuring a good price for both buyer and seller.

4) For the protection of all parties with whom we deal, see that financial obligations and commitments regarding rv transactions are in writing, expressing the exact agreement of the parties; and, that copies of such agreements, at the time they are executed, are placed in the hands of all parties involved
